“Contract work”
Current Employee – been working at TEKsystems as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – Excellent, personable staff that will go that extra step for you.
Cons – Contract work, the pay is a lesser percentage then the work that is required to be done.
Advice to Senior Management – People need jobs, management provides opportunities, no advice is necessary.
