Pros

great co-workers working from home is possible pay is good compare to competition possibility of moving up in the company

Cons

not very flexible in allotting personal time hard to get employee feedback move up the food chain discussion not always welcome

Advice to Management

should take employee feedback more seriously as they are often on the front-line and aware sometimes of the clients needs

    Pros

    TELUS is flexible in allowing people to be mobile workers and working remote has a lot of personal benefits,

    Cons

    TELUS has clawed away benefits since it 'merged' with TELUS Mobility and reduced bonus payouts as well, In general, it has become much more bureaucratic. Expectation is that Life-Work balance is in favour of TELUS

    Advice to Management

    Take a Pay cut and give it to the employees!

    Pros

    Great compensation Lots of training provided Depending on what department you are in, opportunities to advance

    Cons

    Calls are monitored and a lot of focus on metrics vs. quality Lots of calls in the queue can cause burn out for some Should have more opportunities for employees to use products & services

    Company as a whole needs to focus on quality vs metrics
