I have been working at TELUS
Pros – -high performance company
-great work/life balance
-mobile (aka work from home and office) workforce
-smart team members
-high energy team members
-customer focused
-environmentally/socially responsible
-great benefits/compensation package
Cons – -some inefficiencies in processes/systems used (but getting better)
-complicated organization structure (but getting better)
-some procedures are too rigid to follow (but mandatory) and slows down execution
Advice to Senior Management – -figure out how to lean out some of the heavy "red tape" procedures within the company to speed execution of initiatives
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
