I have been working at TELUS full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

Corporate culture - you need to do your job not show up at a specific hour
Excellent benefits - stock, RRSP and insurance
Work from home is considered "natural", not a way to skip work by both employees and their managers

Cons

Big company thus less efficient
Politics (it's more important who you know or talk to) - especially in TQ

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not sure if this is something you can change because of the company size but I have witnessed a lot of inefficiencies and money thrown down the (agencies) toilet just to be compliant with the "legacy official way" of doing things.
