Workstyle Opportunities allow employees to blend their personal and work lives together and allow flexibility in hours worked which is beneficial when working with other employees across the country

    Cons

Some understaffing issues in areas means that the staff are over worked or that jobs/projects are noy executed as well as they should be

    Pros

Nice culture. Remote work flexibility Cross-functional teamwork is rewarded Company values are not just noise on the wall - they are lived by.

    Cons

Directors at times seem disconnected from operations. Finance exerts significant, and often excessive control in other departmental operations Too high reliance on third party vendors
