    Company values are not just noise on the wall - they are lived by.

    Directors at times seem disconnected from operations.
    Finance exerts significant, and often excessive control in other departmental operations
    Too high reliance on third party vendors

    Apply efforts to link long-term strategy with day to day operations. Address the gaps that exist in communicating strategy across the organization.
    Reduce departmental fragmentation through increased standards for systems and policies.

    Pros

    Workstyle Opportunities allow employees to blend their personal and work lives together and allow flexibility in hours worked which is beneficial when working with other employees across the country

    Cons

    Some understaffing issues in areas means that the staff are over worked or that jobs/projects are noy executed as well as they should be

    Project management is a profession, not just a job and needs to be allowed to function in a way that uses the professionalism correctly.
