Present management has created a 'social club' and if you have not had a personal friendship with the manager or her friends then you have no place there. Management, for some reason, refuses to recognize her staff when they do good. But she will document the littlest error to be brought up at a later date.

Advice to Senior Management

Leadership is lacking and all the Ottawa security office will not succeed with the management in place. Its' reputation among the crown and other clients has been tarnished. The business model that present management has invoked and her overall dependence on thin "friendships" will not change her inability to deliver. TELUS Security Solutions in Ottawa cannot continue to break contracts. Knowing that the present team is unable to deliver she has decided to engage 3rd party contractors turning the Ottawa office into nothing more then a 'body shop'.
