I have been working at TELUS full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Career advancement, security, and good stock options. Telus gives back to their community and supports a work life balance. They have good benefits and have a life enhancing package. they also have a pension plan.

    Cons

It is very difficult to get raises and promotions unless you are in with your boss. They only pay your hourly wage based on a 37.5 hour week so every week you are short 2.5 hours on your pay. Managers are not part of the union and therefore do have as many benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

the manager wages need to me more comparable to other companies.
