Pros

Good pay and benefits, left alone by mgmt. Good support from management.

Cons

Shut down commercial finance division, liquidating portfolio. Communication from management could be better.

Advice to Senior Management

Don't make political decisions on who to retain. Should have tried to ride out the storm.
