Pros

The salary at Textron Financial is fair for my position & I also provided a company car to perform my duties. I am allowed the use of the company car for personal use; however I do need to use my own gas. The other enjoyable aspect of my position is that I work independently without someone supervising me all the time. I am given the flexibility to set my own schedule; however I am required to complete the assignments dispatched to me. Occasionally I am given additional tasks when I finish my own workload. There is also alot of teamwork required with my position.

Cons

Too much travel away from home & family.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more hands on & experience what it islike to be the worker ant.
