“Challenging, but a very pleasant place to work.”
Current Employee – been working at TIAA-CREF
Pros – A good training program, everyone there is very willing to help their coworkers. For the most part we have friendly participants.
Cons – Slow systems to work on. Taking PTO during holidays is a struggle. Some of the training is a bit overkill,
Advice to Senior Management – Please update our systems. The company wants us to reduce our average talk time when they give us agonizing slow programs to work on.
