Unbalance brought in compensation, careerpath through Change in management very often

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Think beyond 5 years of the stay that leadership has while doing job switch. People who stay in the organization longer needs proper consideration in role, responsibility and remuneration.

    Pros

    Good pay, good work life balance, reasonably strong supporting cast, major offices in both New York and Charlotte, good benefits

    Cons

    Slow moving, can be a bit of a lack of clarity around promotions and what it takes to get to the next level

    Pros

    A good training program, everyone there is very willing to help their coworkers. For the most part we have friendly participants.

    Cons

    Slow systems to work on. Taking PTO during holidays is a struggle. Some of the training is a bit overkill,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please update our systems. The company wants us to reduce our average talk time when they give us agonizing slow programs to work on.
