good co-workers
for the most part the company does try to do the right thing for the clients
Cons
too much secrecy from senior managment about the state of the company
many managers are incompetent
too much politics involved in career advancement
Advice to Senior Management
Stop worrying about stabbing each other in the back and trying to protect your little area and do what is right for the company
