Current Employee – been working at TIBCO Software

Pros – Good environment and culture
Company is in a sweet spot of a number of hot technologies and trends
Good opportunities for career advancement

Cons – Very conservative, although that seems to changing slowly
Need vision and communicate their vision on how they are going to retain good employees
Needs to more open about salary ranges, bonuses etc.

Advice to Senior Management – Focus on product integration. As TIBCO will compete with IBM and Oracle, customers will be more interested on how TIBCO's products work together.
