TIBCO Software Employee Review

I worked at TIBCO Software full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Decent benefits and cafeteria on the main campus. Product line is good and has few real competitors. Compensation for sales team is good. Great annual company party.

Cons – Like most Silicon Valley companies, sales team comes first. Support groups are understaffed and stretched to the max. Doing as much with as few people works to a certain extent, but eventually people need a break. Pay is on par or a little below industry norm.

Advice to Senior Management – Hire enough support staff to supplement your sales.
