I have been working at TIBCO Software full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Solid company with entrepreneurial environment. A leader in the application integration space with acquisitions in the BPM, Business Process Management, CEP, Complex Event Processing, MDM Master Data Management, Analytic and Enterprise Social market.

    Cons

TIBCO is falling behind as the market moves towards Cloud computing. Other competitors are encroaching on TIBCO's legacy integration space causing the size of software deals to wane and revenues flatten. This is causing TIBCO to restructure on a quarterly basis and causing moral to lower.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Current technology stack is primarily acquisition based and fragmented. Cloud offerings are limited. Need to offer a comprehensive platform, not just a bill of materials.
