My co-workers are great. The immediate management is open, honest, supporting and easy to talk to.

Cons

The division I work in does not show stability with the parent company, Tibco

    I have been working at TIBCO Software full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Great mission and products, some really smart people, and ability to move around positions and departments easily to try out new responsibilities

    Cons

    Lacks direction all around the company, with high turnover rate, and the hiring process to replace key positions is very slow, leading to lack of resources that directly impact productivity and work culture. Hard to feel the momentum as a team. Very stingy with better compensation

    Hire better managers and leaders that will directly shape team culture and processes to attractive to employees

    Pros

    Nice people, sales team structure is good.

    Cons

    Marketing not nearly as good as other software companies its size. Focus on partners lack where as other competitors are preferred by partners.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Instead of investing in just technology, get a clear marketing message. Focus also on other channels other than direct sales.
