    Pros

    Very flexible work schedule as long as you get the work done. Some opportunities to lean new technologies. Stock is doing well and good year-end bonus.

    Cons

    Too wide-spread geo locations for development centers which cause lots of inefficiency of product development. Too many products. No risking taking to make major product tradeoff. Promotion is generally based on personal relationship.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get ride of some of no-selling products. Scale back outsourcing to make product development more productive. Get back the pay cut.

    a) Extremely good products b) Good mix of competitive people c) Good Office culture d) startup culture in an SMB

    Cons

    a) Non-Effective transparent top management b) Low Communications top-to-bottom c) Management encouraging and promoting wrong employees d) too much of politics and back-stabbing

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Perform and encourage independent management appraisal along with employees
    Poor management fails to motivate employee morale
    Improve effective management communication which is truly unbiased and transparent
