“A good place to work”
Current Employee – been working at TIBCO Software
Pros – Very flexible work schedule as long as you get the work done. Some opportunities to lean new technologies. Stock is doing well and good year-end bonus.
Cons – Too wide-spread geo locations for development centers which cause lots of inefficiency of product development. Too many products. No risking taking to make major product tradeoff. Promotion is generally based on personal relationship.
Advice to Senior Management – Get ride of some of no-selling products. Scale back outsourcing to make product development more productive. Get back the pay cut.
