Pros

The environment is not overly stressful and you get to interact with a lot of different people. It seems to be a very open and friendly place in my experience there. They are also pretty good about working with your availability. As a student in college, this is very important to me.

Cons

It is a typical retail job and you get what they give you when it comes to hours. There is also plenty of the typical workplace gossip stuff going on, though some people like that sort of thing.

Advice to Management

Be nice to those under you. It's very easy to get labeled and disliked by everyone. I'm sure everyone has had that supervisor or manager at one point or another. Don't be the one nobody likes. Every day will go much better if everyone likes each other.

    Pros

I enjoy the people I work with, flexible hours, and the opportunity to work in different areas of the store.

    Cons

Associates are extremely overworked, because there is never enough payroll.

The "regulars" are some of the worst customers.

    Managers are extremely unprofessional.

If you are not a favorite among the managers do not plan on getting very many hours.

"The open door policy" only turns into he said she said.
