Current Employee - Assistant Manager in Scottsdale, AZ

I have been working at TJ Maxx full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Good salary. Great Benefits. Great associates

Cons

65+ hours per week, Incompetent store managers, lack of respect, too much busy work, no work life balance, expectations way to high, no team work, accusatory atmosphere

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Senior management needs to listen to associates and assistant managers when there are major problems in the stores, and react appropriately. Some store managers need to have some classes in people skills.
