“Worked for this company before, and loved this location.”
Former Employee – worked at TJ Maxx part-time for less than a year
Pros – I've worked for this company before so I knew how the store works.
It was an easy job to just clean and do.
My fellow associates were so kind and fun and helped me figure out anything that confused me.
Managers were awesome and fun to work for.
The cool holiday incentives/random giveaways they do.
Cons – Far from my home
Hours were low
Pay was meager
Advice to Senior Management – You guys are doing a great job, keep it up!
