Its not a horrible place to work

Merchandise Coordinator (Current Employee)

ProsThe benefits are pretty good.

ConsThey don't seem to choose people in their employment to move up. they hire from outside.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf they gave people that have been with the company for a while the chance to move up they would have more loyal associates

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
