Former Employee – worked at TJ Maxx

Pros – promotion, some what flexible, good job for when I was in high school but I would not want to go back

Cons – bad hours, some of the management and empolyess are older and do not do a very good job i had to close and work weekends alot

Advice to Senior Management – learn how to fire people who don't do a good job
