Current Employee – been working at TJX Companies
Pros – Great opportunity for advancement in this company.
Cons – Sometimes politics can prohibit advancement. I personally haven't been a victim of this, but see others that have not been promoted because they weren't part of the "boys club", even though they were the most qualified candidate.
