    I have been working at TJX Companies full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Lots of opportunity for improvement,..

    Cons

    They claim a people focus but don't practice it at all. The current facility doesn't have air conditioning or heat ( PHX ) new location in Aug should have both. Their management staff is very undeveloped and has not gelled at all.

    I worked at TJX Companies part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Flexible hours
    - Nice employees
    - Ability to move up
    - Training programs
    - Everything is taught with on hands experience
    - Employee discount on all TJX compaines (10%)

    Cons

    - Dependent on location you can get little hours
    - Management may be too strict
    - Minimum wage work for above minimum wage work at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Watch who actually wants to be there and let go of the right people. When coordinators bring up people that you haven't let go, and you let go the people that they want to stay. It creates unhappy employees. Also having employee bonding events would be great to keep the moral up.
