Pros

TMP allows lots of autonomy and flexibility. You're trusted to do a good job and given the tools to do so. The environment is casual and the people here are truly smart industry leaders.

Cons

Training isn't the greatest. Lots of turnover in product development roles.

    Coworkers make working here worthwhile

    Cons

    Too focused on selling a product, even if it hasn't been fully tested or developed. This leaves your account teams and implementation teams dealing with unhappy customers.

    Fix the issues before you put a product on the market. It will lead to happier customers and employees.

    Pros

    Close knit teams, common goals

    Cons

    Company continuously bites off more than it can chew. Is not properly staffed in its Technology area or with Digital SMEs that can deliver the quality of product/service that it claims to offer. TMP pretends to be an authority on many things and to be a world-class agency, but is not staffed to deliver cutting edge anything. High turnover. Executives with dollar signs in their eyes at the expense of its clients.
