    Pros

    Adequate salary. Adequate PTO. Complimentary fruit.

    Cons

    A lack of cohesiveness, teamwork and job satisfaction.

    Some of the managers including directors have been there much too long and are incompetent as managers. They do not welcome change and sorely lack fundamental management skills. They do not know how to successfully manage and lead their staff. The incompetent managers create and foster a hostile working environment. As a result, the staff suffers emotionally and productively. Valuable employees leave out of frustration and resentment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Seniority does not make a good manager. Just because someone has several years of product knowledge, does not mean they have the ability to successfully manage and lead others. Incompetent management stifles productivity and growth. TMW needs good, competent leaders in order to continue growing.

    Recognize the incompetent managers and remove them from the company for the sake of their staff and the company. Hire managers from outside of the company to bring in fresh, new, innovative ideas. Provide a required management training series of courses for all management staff. Provide required soft skills training for all employees.
