Pros

Time-management. Your able to accomplish a lot with time given.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like there isn't sufficient time to complete all the tasks.

    I have been working at TNS North America full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Very talented people here (unfortunately they are completely ignored)

    Cons

    Senior Management has no clue. The company is an aimlessly drifting boat. Has not sunk yet due to its sheer size.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Not the kind who would listen to advice. And moreover, not qualified to be senior management in the first place

    I worked at TNS North America full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Get to work with Top clients
    Relaxed working hrs ,
    Good place for working mom's
    Benefits same as that of WPP

    Cons

    Not the place if your income is primary in the household,
    Promotions and pay increase are very slow, get 3-4 yrs of work ex and move on
    Non Market Researcher heading the TNS North America since 2006, there adviser's also come from non -MR background ...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Advice to WPP/Kantar - For a change get a Market Researcher to be the head of TNS North America , the same way as Millward Brown NA is headed by one
