Pros

Offers opportunity across sectors. All depends on your boss, so make sure who you will be working for before you accept the job

Cons

Does not offer much opportunities to work abroad. With operations in 70 plus countries, TNS should be able to offer opportunities to work in other countries.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Must focus on a consulting role for multinational clients. Must offer opportunities for employees to move around in order to attract best brains.

    Pros

    Interesting clients and ability to see end product. Employees don't feel that they are working towards nothing as even low level employees have direct contact with clients and can contribute analytically/intellectually.

    Cons

    Upper management doesn't give straight answers and was misleading in the past with salaries. Employees often given the run-around when looking for important information. This hinders productivity and quality of service provided to clients. There is too much information on the company intranet and it never seems to be relevant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep improving on communicating with employees at all levels. If someone had an issue that they came to you with, follow up if you directed them somewhere else to make sure their problem was solved.

    everyone does research, it should grow as the market consolidates.

    the company is extremely inefficient and doesn't have a strong positioning to clients.

    tns must represent something.
