Pros

Lots of training and possibility to learn a lot about the job..

Cons

No fair environment. Always supporting the managers even though they may be 100% wrong. Full hierarchy.

Fairness and listening to your employees more.

    Pros

    Friendly and encouraging team, savvy upper management. Customer focus and willingness to go above the call of duty.

    Cons

    European focus, all units are not regarded as equal, some functions are willing to tolerate mediocre performance, pay level will never be class leading (in the USA).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Retain top talent, improve on the job training and mentorship, add client retention as a component to each department's KPIs, continue to focus on the client.
