Pros

Kids get shoes and people can see.

Cons

It's a company with no direction, short attention span, inability to execute, miscommunication, inefficient and complicated processes, underutilized people who could contribute if given a chance. A small group of "outsiders" who were hired to turn the company into a global brand have highjacked it for their own gain. People are overwhelmed, frustrated, irritated and walking out on the daily. No one seems to be able to make a decision and no one wants to accept accountability for the decisions that are made. Departments fight with each other at the management level. Every one is trying to stand out and sometimes at the expense of someone who actually knows what they're doing. HR talks a good game but they accomplish nothing.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

You have either fired, laid off or pushed people to the point that they've quit. Good people have left and the remaining ones are so over it that they'll be gone soon too. Then the leadership team will not have anyone to point at finger at but themselves. With the exception of two, they all need to be replaced.
