Current Employee – been working at TOTAL

Pros – TOTAL is a good international company offering opportunities in many countries with a good sense of diversity and the possibility to change internally between jobs and places.

Cons – the fact that Total has headquarters in France could be viewed perhaps by the international employees as an handicap due to a weak job market in this country

Advice to Senior Management – It is important to consider the integration of new profiles in the enterprise (i.e. the Y generation) to enrich the way of managing
