“Good stepping stone to move to a future company.”
Former Employee – worked at TOUSA Homes
Pros – The monetary compensation as a Sales Associate at TOUSA Homes in Colorado was excellent. The product we sold was also a very high quality.
Cons – Sales management was very difficult to communicate with. Sales Associates were expected to work very long hours. Vacation requests (including follow-up requests) were seldom responded to.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat your employees as if they are valued. Communicate changes before a "fire" needs to be put out. If you say you're going to implement a process or proceedure...do it.
