Good stepping stone to move to a future company.

Sales Associate (Former Employee) Englewood, CO

ProsThe monetary compensation as a Sales Associate at TOUSA Homes in Colorado was excellent. The product we sold was also a very high quality.

ConsSales management was very difficult to communicate with. Sales Associates were expected to work very long hours. Vacation requests (including follow-up requests) were seldom responded to.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your employees as if they are valued. Communicate changes before a "fire" needs to be put out. If you say you're going to implement a process or proceedure...do it.

    Less than desireable experience after TOUSA bought the original company

    Pros: The people were a good core group, but unfortunately, they were forced to make changes that did not turn… Cons: It became too much Corporate America & a numbers game instead of providing quality products for fair price. They spent too much time and money… Advice to Senior Management: Business part of the company obviously became separated from the building/revenue making portion of the company. They attempted to grow too fast without considering the… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
