    Pros

TPG has a lot of bright people working for them, and if you are good at what you do, they care very much about keeping you happy there. The office is excellent and there are many in-office niceties.

    Cons

As with any large firm, you have to work hard at making yourself something more than a number. A lot of the work they do is the "roll out" type that can be painfully monotonous.

    Pros

Unfortunately I experienced very few pros working here. Some people were ok. Management was a mess. No direction. Chaotic, half-assed workflow.

    Cons

Leadership is a sad sight. This company is run heavily by a bunch of burnt out older men. The directors are young and inexperienced and have no idea what they're doing (or at least that was my experience, unfortunately). No opportunity for growth. Highest turn over rate I've ever seen - it's not the kind of place you can plan on being at for more than a year or two, so careful with your resume.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Not interested in wasting my brain power on advice. Glad I'm out.
