Highly leveraged to under performing automotive industry. Lack of material merit raises and regular wage increases due to current nature of automotive industry.
Advice to Senior Management
Compensate good employees properly to retain product history and important knowledge and get rid of underperformers. Continue to gain market share in Asia and Europe and eliminate the strong association of TRW's health to that of the poorly performing North American automakers.
