I have been working at TSL Marketing

    Pros

It's lead generation, so you don't have to make a sale to make commission
Good training in commercial IT field
Program managers are responsive, but overwhelmed
Good people to work with, we're all in the same boat.

    Cons

It's cold calling, no one wants to talk to you
    High turnover for callers
The base salary is embarrassingly low
Have adjusted commission pay scheme to get the most out of callers while paying them the least.

    Advice to Management

Make the caller the key element in your business model. Bigger incentives or compensation will result in a more effective performance.
