Pros

Proud of being a TSMCer, great place to learn, lots of different filed to work on (R&D, Manufacture, QA, customer service, marketing, etc), great compensation

Cons

long working hour, really stressful work load, time pushing, easily to get pressure as unsolve issues are pretty. hardly a personal life

Advice to Management

To strive in this competitive business, hard work is needed, If personal life can't be awarded, try to compensate employees by finacial means,

    Pros

one of the world's leading semiconductor company to work for. Good if you're starting out in this industry as the exposure is superb.

    Cons

the work life balance is practically non existent. be prepared to put in hours of extra work and don't expect to be seen as hardworking as that's the norm in the organization.

    Advice to Management

Watch out for burn out in your employees, else you'll risk losing your trained workforce to competitors. A bit of work life balance would be good.
