    Pros

    The work can be challenging.

    Cons

    Stifling work environment, innovation is discouraged, good ole boy network. Management is afraid to take chances. Management prefers the status quo rather than solving problems.

    Advice to Management

    Get out of your offices and talk to the people on the ground. We have great ideas.

    Start looking at the culture that comes down from middle management. The top leaders seem to be saying the right things about valuing people, but I don't think that message is carried out. It might be spoken, but not lived and that's harmful to motivation. People need a chance to develop an.
