Pros

I had a bit of freedom in when I got things done and how I did them, but it was only in the department that I worked in.

Cons

Supervisors do not inform their employees when they are doing something incorrectly until it is too late. Power struggle in some departments, with conflicting opinions on how to deal with a critical situation. A lot of the office workers looked down on the floor and cube workers, their open door policy was that of an almost always closed door.

Advice to Senior Management

Communication with people on the floor is extremely important.
