Training: Teaches people real down the earth business
In-Branch Marketing people: Nice to get answers ASAP
Family atmosphere: pEOPLE ENJOY WORKING THERE

ConsGreat company to wok for, but need to understand a little more about the cost of living. No raise in 5 yrs and continue to remove account base to add on new people.

Advice to Senior ManagementHave a connector engineer in each territory to travel with Field Sales
Pay raises to keep up with cost of living
Look into either FPGA or Micro line to help field team get in front of engineers early in design stage
