    I worked at TTM Technologies

    Pros

It was one of the best facilities to work in. it is null and void now because of closure of facility.

    Cons

there really isn't much. sometimes, II wished they had put out more formal skills training (state / national recognized certs) that can be used elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

closing the place is a big mistake. Your competition loves you and you will most likely lose some customers because of it

I have been working at TTM Technologies as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Awesome job for the schoolyear, 12 hour shifts on the weekends kind of puts a damper on them but you don't have to work that much. for the money it's unbeatable. Before you can work on the weekends you have to train. I stretched my training into working all summer close to 40 hours a week.

    Cons

As far as the work goes it's very unfulfilling; you just work as part of an assembly line pretty much NO TRAINING PROGRAM. They'll send you down to the plating department with no one as your specific mentor in charge. It takes a couple of weeks of being their before you are familiar with the guys/ feel like your actually helping/wanted their.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

quit treating interns/engineers so well when you treat the other employees like dirt

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
