Pros

Spacious and modern working environment.

Cons

A bemoth of a company too big to run efficiently. Waste is rife and governance and controls severly lacking for a FTSE100. Change takes forever and in many areas there is no apetite for it.

    Can be fun in your (nowadays limited) free time
    Nice uniform
    Some nice places to live
    Job variety
    Ability to earn decent 'commission'

    Cons

    Terrible pay
    Ever expanding list of duties
    Too many manual processes
    Some hopeless colleagues
    some terrible accomodation
    Being moved most seasons

    When the travel industry gets into profit again, please invest in the staff, it does make a difference to the quality received by your customers
