Pros – You work on a great product that makes a real difference in people's lives. Great company culture, great leadership and vision, and a great breadth and depth of technologies and challenges.

Cons – Growth brings challenges and the company will have to work hard to avoid becoming like the big behemoths that it is currently disrupting.

Advice to Senior Management – Great job thinking big - now think small too! Small company spirit, small team flexibility, small code base quality, keep innovating and don't be afraid to keep disrupting even ourselves.
