I worked at Taco Bell

Pros

Hours are very flexible, good job for students, nice bonus plans for the management who works to get it and trains their employees correctly

Cons

not very understanding to management when personal emergiencies come up, Most salaried managers work well past the 50 hours and they do not get paid for this since it is a salaried position.
It takes at least twice as long for women working for this company to advance than it does men.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper managment (district managers) need to look past gender for promotions to "Store Manager" They also need to pay more attention to ALL managers in a store and listen to what they tell you. Not just the main store manager. Many time this can do away with the questions as to what is wrong with sales, money handling and mystery shops.

I have been working at Taco Bell

    Pros

Depending on the store but mostly you'll find a friendly and relaxed enviroment, if you are customer service oriented you will enjoy serving people. If you are a very energetic person you will find a match with this highly paced and very phisycally demanding job.

    Cons

Pay is rather low with very little additional rewards, but if you show skills your pay is improved with time, also always understaffed and people get overworked all the time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please pay more to people that work hard and deserve it, and get rid of the lazy bad employees.

    I worked at Taco Bell

    Pros

Very flexible hours and consistent raises based on the time you've worked there.

    Cons

Can be very stressful, unprofessional environment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Revisit your "don't ask for a receipt" policy. Sometimes people are just trying to get free food.
