Pros

taco bell is a great place to work because of the difference kind of customers you serve everyday

Cons

tacobell training for managers and employes is very bad it is a self training company you must have an open mind an the will to work

Advice to ManagementAdvice

you might have to use some of your old exoerience to get yourself to it like unitilizing everything you can

    Pros

    its a good exeperience you can learn a lot its much easier than any other restaurant.it can help you with manager skills.

    Cons

    you can get hurt sometimes the pay for the work can be low and then you got to worry about other people that might be out of hand.

    i can tell them that nothing is going to come easy in this world.take the work head on strong.

    3 Weeks Vacation on Hire date

    Cons

    Promotions only given to "favorite" departments and employees
    Company says they promote work life balance but everyone is expected to do 3-4 jobs on top of their own while being told they will never be promoted

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Bring back the founder survey and actually listen to what the employees have to say! You've removed levels 4-7 in most departments and this has really hindered any growth/promotion for any level 3 employees. Management will flat out tell these people that they will never be promoted out of a level 3 position, yet ask them to put a "future position" on their reviews!
