    Pros

    bonuses for management
    decent starting job

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Most of the area coaches were at one point RGMs so remember that not all the monthly goals are achievable also when someone brings up an issue whithin the store don't throw them under the buss be more discrete.

I have been working at Taco Bell full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

All of the oppertunity in the world! The only limit on how far you can go, is yourself

    Cons

At the Taco Bell corporate office, you work HARD and you play HARD. It's very fast paced, you've got to stay current and grow, grow, grow. It's not a company for someone who just wants to come in and work....you've got to push yourself daily or you'll find yourself at the wrong end of a re-org.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Go at least three levels down to ground leadership on reality
