  1. I enjoy the team I am on. The day crew really seems to have it all together, and they work great together.

    Pros

The food, flexible schedules, and the training. Everyone seems to be very helpful and the management is awesome with new hires. They' re always right on spot to help with any questions, or to give support and encouragement.

    Cons

Too many teenagers in the evening and weekend shifts. Some times the lines are very long and some of the cashiers don't really seem to care too much about the customers, or maybe they just need refresher training.

    Advice to Management

Periodically stop in and do a surprise visit to get a better handle on the younger employees and the horse play.

  2. The money compensated the overload of work. But you will get divorced if u r married too many hours.
