Great place to start your working experience!

Team Member (Former Employee)
Vancouver, WA

I worked at Taco Bell full-time for more than 5 years

ProsFlexibility, good place to gain experience, easy to move up, easy job, free soda! Lots of bonus perks if your store works well together and meets or exceeds corporate standards.

ConsFood service is not usually a permanent place, moderate stress, low pay, hours can be at anytime.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease make sure that while fast food and Taco Bell can be a fun, fast, and somewhat relaxed place to work, it is also a place that serves the public food and offers face to face interaction so proper training and shadowing in the first week or two is imperative especially with new workers ex. High Schoolers. Workers need to make sure that they have fun while still taking food handling and preparation seriously as if they were the customers.

UP and Down at Corporate

Associate Manager (Current Employee)

I have been working at Taco Bell full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: -Culture of food -Wear jeans everyday to work -Onsite Daycare/Spa/Gym/Car Wash -Summer hours give employees the chance… Cons: -Constant stream of upper managers from different industries are being recruited into Taco Bell .Taco Bell should aggressively develop their analysts and associates within to… Advice to Senior Management: For YUM Management: Stop influencing Taco Bell's distinct California culture and brand. Your YUM culture is cliche and you are merely acting as a holding… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
