Great place to start a career

Restaurant General Manager (Current Employee)
Severna Park, MD

ProsFlexible hours , work hard and its easy to be promoted. Pay is pretty good compared to other fast food restaurants. I started as a team member and in 6 years I worked hard and now I'm a general manager. So work your way up shift leader to assistant manager to GM and then District Manager

ConsSometimes its stressful if people call out and your short staffed for a day. Also its impossible to please some customers mo matter how hard you try.

Advice to Senior ManagementAlways appreciate the good employees because they are hard to come by

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
