    Pros

    All the customers that came were for the most part the best customers I have seen in fast food at least on my shift.

    Cons

    I didn't like working with unpleasant co workers and managers

    Advice to Management

    need to take job more seriously along with their coworkers

    Pros

    Good people, great environment to learn customer service, lots of growth potential from line level to upper management career

    Cons

    Over worked, under appreciated. Pay scales not commensuret of work done

    Advice to Management

    Pay accordingly, provide better time off for life balance of home and work. Restaurant workers managers shouldn't be required to work 55 hr weeks.
